Attention all 80s MIX DJs Report to my office IMMEDIATELY!!!!! (ITALO EURO IMPORT MIXES HOUSE)

Okay, some of you DJs espeically Chicago DJs from the 80s have got to have heard this track at least once or have it in your collection before, WHAT IS THIS TRACK??????? when i first heard this track way back in 1985, I put it on cassette and i never heard them play this track ever again on the mix radio. i reserved it all these years and still can't find out who sings this and when it was made? i would love to get the ENTIRE version of this track and any other remixes that came out like all the other classic ITALO tracks. THIS ONE IS MY HEART. I have really loved this song more than just about any other song. it just makes me think of a boat on the water at night or in the daytime. PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS SONG!!!!

I would just classify it ITALO and I liked the stuff from 1978 all the way up to like the 1990s...............

sorry for the delay but I would say let each person classify it as they wish. I know no matter what other tell me I always call this style Import mixes even though it may have been made in the USA. To me it just really has that Imported sound to it. they were heavy on the sequenced basses and were percussive.

In a way you are right, it does have a little of him in the voice but if you listen closer you can hear a sort of Jamacian accent going on in his voice. I really wish I could find the track so I can hear it much clearer, I reseved this cassette one from way back in 1985!

I only heard this once I was so sad it never came on again but I was lucky enough to have had my cassette recording then!!!! It is so mellow, the guy sort of sounds Jamacian by voice a little bit? could it be a Raggae band doing this song????? I wish I knew. I know at least one DJ has to have had this track in their collection. ONe day I will find it.
