@enriqueferreol Has the War on Drugs been won yet? What about the War on Poverty? On Cancer? The War on Terror has no end in end in sight. The problem is your fighting a war against a concept, and concepts are much harder, and in some cases impossible, to defeat than nations or people. World War 2 lasted from 1939 to 1945. The War on Drugs was officially only started in the 60's, but actually has been going on since the 20's.
@enriqueferreol Sadly I doubt they ever would. While a lot of restrictions were taken off after World War 2 (rationing, censorship, etc), some taxes and powers never were revoked. It doesn't stop there, either. As far back as the Spanish-American War in the 1890's, the US launched a tax on telephones that was supposed to only be temporary, but still is in existence today.
Oh my gawsh. I love this cartoon, too. Thank you so much for posting these wonderful animated masterpieces! We have strayed from this system, and that is why we are in the economic situation we are in right now. Ron Paul 2012! Viva la revolution!

Comment at 3:44,
Even back then girls were on the phone all the time.

I like the part where they talk about restoring people's rights and freedoms after a war crisis, I wonder when the US will revoke the Patriot Act.
