dude, direct your questions to the Sprint customer service line. we dont know anymore than you do, and you should get all your props even before you push the record button, do not bore us with waiting for you to get the paper. and yes blackberry does suck! i have one i should know.

omg! i wish i could have run into your comment so much earlier. i was dumb enough to get a blackberry 8130 and at first i thought it was defective, but i switched it out for a new one and once again it did totally everything you just mentiond and i cant picture message, only to email? wtf? thats the thing that pissed me off, luckily now im in negotiations to get another phone, dont know which one though.(what phone did you finally stay with?) Beware of Blackberry on the Sprint network people!!!!

i got this phone early in the year and i sent it back not even after having it a week. i have verizon. but the phone.... IS GARBAGE! not to say yours is.. but it will delete your inbox, send calls to voice mail. restrict your text messeging. wont hold emails or text in inbox. wont hold your call log. and it does this at its own will. i called and we did the reboot over and over and over til i got fed up and finally a rep told me that its a glitch they have yet to work out. check into it bro.

I work for Sprint as a care rep over the phone, saw your video and thought I could help. I just wanted to let you know when you add a pack like the power vision pro pack to your plan, or any addition feature for that matter, mid-billing cycle...you'll be prorated.
What that means, is that you'll be charged from the day you added the pack to the end of the billing cycle you were in when you bought the phone, plus a month in advance. The bill seemed correct from what I saw...

You are absolutely correct! Part of the bill was indeed from prorated charges, which is understandable.
I talked to the Sprint representative this morning before I left for work, and the representative assured me that this invoice amount will not be billed in future invoices and that the $20.00 was from pro-rated charges. She informed me that the future invoices will be around $80.00. So it's all good with Sprint!!! Thank you for your response.
