Judge Lucero - the world is watching now - so please don't be making any "half-witted decisions." Child Protection Services is being exposed to the world as a brutal system that devastates families. Don't believe the "experts" - they are amongst the biggest criminals (e.g., Dr. Charles Smith, subject of the Goudge Inquiry in Canada - he sent innocent parents to jail - destroying famlies - his testimony was instrumental in WRONGFULLY convicting parents of the murder of their children.)

tons of evidence at their disposal if Mario shook his child. I suspect it was a MEDICAL problem, totally independent of any "shaking". He may have had some congenital, inherited weakness in his arteries. That is NOT child abuse.

OMG! Really??? I call on all those people who have had dealing with that judge. I bet there are plenty of people who have had her make a judgement that was without evidence. This is ILLEGAL kidnapping of children in order to make money. The state receives money for every foster child and they put them on drugs so that they can receive MORE money. All of the people who work in this system have one goal+++++MONEY!!!

My child and I have blonde hair and blue eyes. He has been imprisoned in California foster care by this Department for 9 years! I have done nothing wrong! I am now getting a mock trial after 9 years but my son is not allowed to testify! What does that tell you? CHILD SLAVERY MUST END REGARDLESS OF RACE!

Great coverage , This madness must stop , I wonder if this same judge would feel the same if her own children were kidnapped , and had no one to impose justice , and the kidnapping ring had sucha court ,How can anyone with 900 cases entertain that these parents have a chance in thsi system.
