Oi! Oi! 2 true about todays "Punks".when my 19yr old Son announced he's a punk,with a greenday this an a yellowcard that,i got hold of his mp3 player & stuck him a load of PROPER music on it.he luvs it-favorite track Law n Order,Hardskin.

Like barnowl01292 said about nothing changing, it's actually very true! I hate the fact that some people now (people who think they are Punks) think Punk's about the cliche uniform-type dress sense of a black leather biker jacket, Dr Martens and a mohican. It's almost as if you anyone can spike up their hair, wear a pair of Airwair and then call them self a Punk. Bands like Rancid, Green Day, Blink 182, The Casualties (who used to be Punk up until about 2002) are pieces of commercialised shit!
