The views are OVER 9000!!!
This is one of my more modern Sims 2 houses. It costed around 80,000 to build, and is complete with LOADS of custom content. Even the textures of grass outside are customized.
101 Mansion Lane:
2 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, I Dining Room, 2 Living Areas, and 1 Indoor Hot Tub.
This house isn't up for downloads yet, but will be soon, so stay tuned!

no expansions were really used. most of it is custom content, but I did have seasons installed at the time.
