Filmmakers Livenski Talcius and Valerie Vilsaint attended the Global Potential cultural exchange program during the summer of 2009 in the Dominican Republic. I do not see any violations happening, other than police harassing her, which happens in USA all day long. I think her life is as peaceful and easy as mine, but with less government interference. Nothing to feel sorry about here, only to envy.
