    Any instrument (real or software) can take a long time to truly master. Just like learning the guitar. Don't expect to be sounding like The Pharcyde within two months. Most people who you might consider to have mastered a musical instrument or production have spent a lifetime working at it. Having said that, you can be chopping beats in no time. Just get stuck in and most importantly, have fun :)

    How long would it take a total beginner to learn how to use it? I really want to get into production, but my head hurts justthinking about trying to learn how to use equipment. I actuallybought an MPC2000XL years ago, but I ended up selling it before I really knew how to use it.

    Geist is the best VSTi ever made and filled the hardware sampler shaped hole in my heart . The Yamaha A3000 was finally retired the day Guru/Geist was released hehe. Keep up the good work FXpansion!
