@8bitmusics yeah at first I didn't like the idea of gems, but then I remember as a kid I played alot of Marvel Super Heroes (Gems are part of it) and I saw back on PSN an old PS1 classic Pocket Fighter (Gems are part of it) and thought to myself that maybe the Gem System isn't all that bad! I'm not sure if u have XBL or PSN, but if u have PSN maybe we can get some casual matches (raw SFxT no gems) online =) I'm not a very competitive player so I don't take winning too seriously!
