Yeah, prices on these guys have really bottomed out as they are much, much more common... I just got a little 8 week old blue mutation for $65. 5 years ago the blues were still selling for $300 or so. Check around; great pet parrots for a reasonable price and small and easy to care for...

well since it's from petsmart, and they tend to overprice their pets even though they aren't kept in the best coniditions, it was sold for $400!!!! Personally I wouldn't buy a parrot from a pet store when you could adopt one from a shelter for free! :) btw, where did you get yours? :)

You can get them very cheap on Craigslist. I got mine from a local breeder.

I'll consider that, but I prefer getting my animals from the shelter since they are the ones that really need help :)
