Ambition, dreams, friendship, love, revenge... uhh I don't really know how to say what's about without spoiling the plot. Then again, this video is already the biggest plot spoiler ever. Suffice to say it's the most awesome anime you'll ever see. :P (But the manga is much better/longer... although if you read the manga you have to start from Vol. 3 p. 169)

@scygon344 I know im a bit late, but better late than ever i guess, even one year late. The way I see it, Berserk's main premise is the subject of fate and if a mortal has any degree of control even over his own fate. Beyond that it deals in a lot of other things, as noted by neiru2012. Great art and story, memorable (awesome) characters; a must read for just about everyone.
