Ina Ran - Haruna Ishola & His Apala Group

This is a real classic from the late Alhaji Haruna Ishola. I have no idea when this was released but I first heard it in 1969 or 1970.

Fantastic. Haruna Ishola was my grandma's favorite musician. I didn't quite get it when I was young but I do now. This is incredible stuff. The arrangement and communication in less than 3 minutes is incredible.

Are you kidding? This record was released before Naira & Kobo came into existence. Baba Ishola meant £1,000!

Thats a lot of money for then and even now. The songs are what made boys into men- Jams that inspired and educated you on life- giving u ideals society expects from us. But now adays - we are losing the morales and values....bullshit music out there...imitating the trashy west pop genres....Isola Forever...JeBu People Rule !!!!!!!
