SNES Mega Lo Mania (Nuke Rush)

Sensible Software first game I played! I have truly fond memories from this strategy gem. The Amiga original is still the finest incarnation, this is the SNES conversion wich was as good as you could get. This is me on Epoch 9, playing with a SNES mouse, rushing for Nukes. Also know as Tyrants in the US. We nuked them!

i loved my nes and my snes but the original amiga version was much more cooler!

You know what I hate about SNES/Genesis etc. versions of games originally made for western systems like the Atari ST and Amiga? They have this shitty Japanese music that doesn't fit the theme of the game in question (IMO as someone who played the originals).Gauntlet is another example. Frankly I don't know how you can play this with that annoying music turned on.

I loved this game on Amiga... I've always played as "Oberon"... nice nice game ;)

That map gave me so much grief... mainly because I was sticking to my 50 men tops stratergy, only to be disapponted they were all forced onto the final island anyway.

Than I was presented with a "You moron, freeze your men" screen... it was a first 'complete' game.

Needless to say with save states I happily froze my men on the last island.

Come on. Don't even pretend that you'd use 300 men on one island like that in a real game. Fail!
