  • They look like Pro-Jects to me!

  • What kind of operation is Audio Advisor if they're having the maker of a turntable "review" it?

  • i love my Music Hall MMF 2.2 !

  • Can't really expect Audio Advisor to post a legit review, they're trying to sell these tables as much as Roy Hall is. Honestly though, Music Hall make fantastic tables.

I managed to snag an MMF-7 vendor demo model for $500. Since then I've upgraded carts, preamp, integrated amp...but the Music Hall will never leave my system. It sounds just as nice as my friend's VPI Scout.

  • there is sevaral diffrences between this table and the project debut

the music hall has a better tonearm and wiring a fullsize platter and better anti vabration feet , so if you want this in gloss black its only $49more over the debut and can swing its well worh while also has a thicker plinth base, i,ve had both and will this is a much better table in many ways

  • great little table but i would not post this as a review

  • @oneraggedhole some people don't like direct drive.

  • @oneraggedhole can you suggest a TT that doesnt cost a grand?

  • @oneraggedhole

They're being discontinued. How the heck can the best turntable ever get such fate? If music hall Makes the usb-1 in a direct drive, I'll settle.

  • @MarkPMus They're more or less cheaper quality Pro-Ject Debuts.

The real difference is the cartridge - the Music Hall has a lower quality cartridge than the Pro-Ject Debut III... Which is saying quite a bit, considering the P-D III only has an Ortofon Om5e.
