What you don't see is the cyclist hurling abuse because the driver almost ran him over at the precveding roundabout.

He's moving to the right hand lane.

What you might think of as swerving to the right just before the bus hits him, is actually the reflex action as the cyclist looked over his right shoulder as he heard the bus rev its engine suddenly.

Hold your hands in front of you like you're riding a bike, then suddenly look over your right shoulder, and notice how your right arm pulls back, steering to the right.

What you didn't see weas the bus almost knocking off the cyclist at a roundabout.... the cyclist catching up and (full of adrenalin) confronted the driver.

I believe all the cyclist did was knock on thew window and shout.
