make a bladder inside the bottle from a plastic bag, fill it with hot water, have two out holes- pull the hot bag through one of the holes. . . .. unforunately both taps would run at once and the temps would mix pretty quick, but yes its possible.

Also the reason you need to put 2 holes in the top of an applejuice can, or why 10 gallon pails usually have a small secondary hole on the top.
