Dude, just keeping hammering out ARX. A couple days I brought 565 reps to the party including 60 mason twists.
The first time I did ARX I was sucking big wind.
You will definitely get better!

haha your jokes man dont worry the first time i did plyo i threw up ur body just isent used to it yet and ur right how they stay so happy i dont understand lol just stick to it man soon u will be able to do alot more moves and just change some things up in ab ripper so u can do some of the ab moves to get some of that belly we all got gone

Ab ripper is tough. What I did to start was to break it up into manageable chunks.
Each exercise is 25 reps with mason twists being 50 reps.
So to start
Do 5 Rest 5 Do 5 Rest 5 Do 5
When you get stronger
Do 10 Rest 5 Do 10
Then
Do 15 Rest 5 Do 5
With each exercise as they start to get easier, bump up the number you do with your starting chunk.
Keep hitting it hard man, you will get there.
