@26fgarza I have an Epson 4880 printer your problem sounds like you may need to do a head clean on your printer if you are getting lines in the print or you are not using enough pressure when you clamp and press the mug...hope this helps

@marshy421 what type of printer are you using. the reason i ask his because when i print the image it has some lines on it.

@26fgarza I do sublimation mugs on the same press and set the temperature to 200 degrees celcius and the press time to 2minutes 50 sec's...hope this helps
