Tell us Your Story: Schools for All Essay Contest

In 2008, the ACLU of Northern California launched the Schools for All Campaign, to ensure that all young people attend schools that are inclusive, respectful, and welcoming.

We know that as students, not all of you feel welcome or included in your school community. You may be bullied or harassed by classmates, or feel misjudged by adults because of who you are.

We at the ACLU-NC want to know more about what it feels like to go to your school, from your perspective as a student. We want to have a better idea of the challenges you face and what work needs to be done to make sure all students have equal opportunities.
