Na het tanken even weer het gas erop, waarbij we van 100 tot ±140 even het gas onderin trappen en toen weer af moesten bouwen, en zelfs remmen voor drukte

  • stock the ZT 190 (2.5) has 190 bhp. Really quite a fast car between 100 and 200 kph.

Not that much slower than the V8 (260 bhp), but it needs to be revved hard, whereas the V8 can accelerate from 1000 revs in fifth

  • Yes, the ZT 190 is only fast between 4000 and 7000 RPM ;)

Do you have the V8, or is that not your car on the movie on you account?

  • err, yep, that's mine, and it's a V8.

They're great cars: distinctive styling, and excellent handling.

  • Yes, I also think so.. But this is my father´s car.. I´m more in for japanese cars like the Impreza and Evo ;) And they are so easy to tune till 400bhp 8)

  • why do these have 10bhp more than a zs 180 yet are abit slower. is it the weight. where does the extra 10 bhp come from

  • A little change in the ECU. The ZT is more expensive, so if the ZS were faster, more people will go for the ZS.. I did a test with an ZS a couple of weeks ago, my ZT was faster from 80-180km/h

  • I prefer the 260 with the torquey, smooth V8, and this is coming from someone that has owned both the 190 and the 260 (which I have now). But anyone thinking about buying one, here's some advice: do.

  • @mgzt190plus

    they don't say. You say.

  • @anthony9325 Bollox. It's all to do with gear box ratios. Mine does 70-100mph in 4-5 secs in top gear. Worthy of any V8. But only because of the V6's low ratio box. And the 190 handles a lot better than the 260 yank crap engine in the ZT. So horses for courses as they say.

  • @monkeyboy27476 ya maybe, i dont really know tbh, it hust feels as tho it can go alot faster than 140 mph

  • @ricka006 You need at least 200-225bhp to get 140mph out of a modern heavyweight cars these days! The 195bhp that the old Vauxhall Senator had in the 80's was only just enough to nudge 150mph, and that weighed two thirds of any modern family car...

  • slooooowwwww!

  • @megaperpy oh right really, wow sounds like it is limited, i dont actually know a v6 car that would do less than 140, i mean a lot of the cars which have 190 brake, can go past 150, dont see why ours cant do that.

  • @ricka006 id agree as i have a 190 and it hits 140 mph then stops to suddenly as if theres a limiter on it

  • my dad has a 190 2.5 v6 and we think it is limited because it seems as tho it can go much faster than its top speed

  • @dr230 - make town driving comfortable in any gear and keep the engine feeling very responsive. Atleast thats what I've found to be true :)
