If your an athlete, check out some of the training at Surf Training Secrets, the workouts are for serious athletes that are some of the best in the world and also have to have strong shoulders but be careful of over use exercises. Cheers, good simple vid.
i wouldnt recommend this exercise to pitchers and athletes that totally rely on their shoulder health. once you become fatigued from doing these or from working out earlier you can easily tweak something in the shoulder complex. there are tons of other exercises that are safer and are just as effective.
