Adipex is more expensive and I tried them both and if you can afford it its 10 times better works for me alot better I am to the point where I would drop 40 lbs every 2-3 months I get my stuck period every so often but it breaks within a week and it starts again I found that eating complex carbs as early in the morning as you can such as oatmeal cereal whole wheat bread will keep you full till lunch and smart dinner will hold you over and I run on a treadmill I went from 480 to 220 in just 1 yer

thank you very much :) its best to reach me on here ... i hardly ever check my email lol the pills are awsum but the key is to train your body while your own them so you dont come dependent .. keep this in mind and you should be fine :).... YOU CAN DO THIS :)
