goodness gracious - as a social worker, I am offended. if there is no proof that a child is being maltreated ( abuse, neglect..) there is no way I can *take your baby*. safety of the child is #1. if the child is safeand there are no major concerns, we'll leave you alone.

Social workers are not monsters. we are human, and we do not all work in child protection. ok, there are some bad apples in the crew, just like there are bad apples in any profession.

@Patism66 I wish people wouldn't be so biased against social workers, and CPS workers specifically. The choice to spend your life in social work is a dedication to loving humanity; trying to help out the helpless. This definitely includes children living in destructive homes, including families that love their child (how could any mother not love her own child) but can't care for their kids. In short your hate for social workers is small-minded. You are an idiot.

Although it's great to inform the public about their rights when dealing with ANY government/business agency, you are lying about their actual rights. As well, your bias personal opinion is wrong in the way you paint what a social workers does and is. Actual social workers work for the community and not against it. Second, social workers are not just CPS workers. Again, about half of your advice is misleading. It's horrible that you will make others suffer negative consequences for your lies

@edwina4752 Your a liar. In many states a judge can give temporary custody to someone else based solely on accusations until the parents appear in court which can take days or weeks depending on the courts schedule.

In the case that I have direct knowledge of the child was going to be placed in home of a convicted drug addict who has serious mental issues. The parents of the child were 100% innocent of all charges but were going to lose their child until they could prove that.

this video was ULTRA INFORMATIVE - in fact, I would have liked it if it gave examples of the lies, deception that follows with the entry of youth protection in a families life. These people feed a massive machine (child protection INDUSTRY) which uses social workers to find VICTIMS... then ... uses PERJURY and all sorts of CRIMINAL ACTS.... to thereafter TRAP the family into the youth courta - then holds children, their parents and the entire family HOSTAGE for years in lawless courts of crap!

@edwina4752 If you are doing your job as you described, then kudos to you. This should not discourage an individual from exercising their rights outlined in the Constitution. What is worse, a loving parent losing a baby to a system or an abusive parent that is granted custody? I don't want your job. They couldn't pay me enough. I wish you the best. I will pray that God grants you the wisdom to make the right choices.
