As I can see, is the right coronary artery.
I had mine angioplasty 3 days ago, the blockage was just before the ramification you may see after 0.25 sec on the video.
I'm home evereything is ok.
Respect to the doctors all over the world and thanks for posting!

It this a total occlusion? In the beggining the whole heart is deprived of blood...Lucky patient to get an angiogram so soon!

Yes, Fully Awake..The procedure was done under Local Anesthesia.

wow!!! how did the cardiologist even reached so distally with the guidewire. What guidewire did he used?

txs for ur comments. It was a thrombotic lesion amd the patient was given loading dose 600mg of clopidogrel and abciximab which made it very easy for a BMW guide wire to cross the lesion. Dr Dagli Bombay

Distal vessel appears to need a little more work, is this slow-flow phenomenon or is there still thrombus? Would you consider a suction catheter instead of running the balloon up and down?
