@36hijacker i contacted activision after i made this video and they wont do anything. they say its just my problem and they hung up on me.

@TotalErikas yea this still dont fix the downloading game settings bit tho ? do you not have problems actualy geting into a multi player game ? anyway I had enuff of it the game dont work ok i can do this confirm screen and get passed that but carnt play multi player :( but screw it i just started paying xbox gold again and it works perfectly on the 360 so screw sony im sorted wth xbox now

@GamerVisi0n let me correct that about the freezing part yes it does freez etc but when i look for games it will alot of the tie say downloading game settings and just not do anything no matter how long its left and as i say it keeps freezing befor I get a fat ps3 im gona try cable rarther than wirless and see if that works any better

i was looking on forums as it was happening to me and aparently it dont happen on the fat consoles but does on the slims also when I do get on the game when I look for a game on multiplayer it keeps freezing for few seconds etc and its very random when it will work some times i can re-insert the disc and it sorts its self but serioursly this is messed up personaly I like this cod game out of all them 2 date I may get hold of a fat ps3 coz i love it that much

I have the same shit problem too with this stupid screen & when I clicked YES with the X button to confirm, it just doesn't do anything. And when I quit the screen it log me out of PS3...I gonna call them tomorrow, wtf...

i have the one from the ps store and it let me play online yesterday so its up and working but once in a while like right now i start it up start multplayer and when i press X it takes me out of the game and back to the ps3 main menu
