  • I really like your cooking videos. But, I think we should try to come up with new names for our foods that are not animal-based. Yes, I know, old conditioning stays with us. I think its time for us to invent new names. I've been playing around with a few new ones; Bay Cakes, Wheat Balls, Sea Salad etc. What does everyone else think? Your videos always make me very hungry! I get great ideals for new recipes watching you cook. Keep on cooking! I'm going to the kitchen now. :^))

  • @ContaMuir17a thanks for the great comment...i agree, we still think in terms of meat for veggie dishes...maybe you can market those names...peace

  • There is no such thing as a protein deficiency. One would be caloric deficient to be protein deficient. This is because protein is in everything - plants, included. Dense sources of protein are nuts, seeds, beans, and grains. But protein is also in foliage, fruit, roots, sprouts and algae. Animal-source protein (be it flesh or secretions (cheese)) is rendered toxic to the human body. Please read: The China Study.

  • it look like crap

  • MIKE I LOVE THESE! KEEP EM COMING!

  • Hi, when U eat the fake tuna, don't U miss the real thing? U mentioned it tastes like the real thing. I could not eat that even if I wanted 2 because I would crave real tuna. 16 months ago I went vegetarian and I can still remember the taste of tuna and other meats. So no fake tuna 4 me. Sorry.

I think it would be good 4 vegetarian beginners, though. "Quorn" (or TVP) helped me a lot when I went vegetarian.

  • my goodness ur video ur to kool i love vegan tuna kool

  • DONT DO THAT. I tried some of that with my dad once. It was the most rank thing we ever tasted. It smelled like rotten dog food even the dog refused to eat it.
