Of all videos on here, I learned from yours immediately, its been probably 3 years ago now. Thank you so much for sharing this skill!!! My roses are gorgeous just like yours, nice and tall too, not flat or floppy. Now I have to find a good tasting homemade buttercream like the grocery stores use (shortening base kind). Do you make it or order in gallon buckets. I find half butter and half shortening is best, but still too rich compared to store bakery. Any suggestions?

thats kinda crappy... the one uploaded by CHOW was much better and it shows how to transfer it onto a cake
