From what I am informed the Name of YESHUA means " GOD SAVES" as in God Himself is saving in present tense. Remeber that He is also called "EMMANUEL" that means "God with us". God says in Isa 45 :21 "....I the LORD (YHWH)? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me." Therefore His Name must mean that God Himself is saving, that God Himself is with us- YESHUA -EMMANUEL.
