Rhinoplasty Specialist Dr. Paul S. Nassif, of "Dr. 90210" and Spalding Drive Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, performs a rhinoplasty procedure on a young female complaining of a "very wide" bridge and a deviated septum.

Every year, half a million people who are interested in improving the appearance of their nose seek a consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon. Some are unhappy with the nose they were born with, and some with the way aging has changed their nose. For others, breathing may be a problem, or an injury may have distorted the nose. A slight alteration of the nose can greatly improve ones appearance. Rhinoplasty (reshaping the nose), could improve ones looks, self-confidence or health. As with all facial plastic surgery, good health and realistic expectations are prerequisites.

Procedures performed at Spalding Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology include:
Arm Liposuction, Asian Eyes - Blepharoplasty, BOTOX® Cosmetic, Buttock Liposculpture/Liposuction, Cheek Augmentation/Implants, Chemical Peel, Chin Augmentation/Implants, Collagen Treatments, Ear Surgery (Otoplasty), Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty), Facelift, Forehead Lift, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Lip Augmentation, Lower Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty), Mohs Surgery, Mole Removal, Neck Liposuction, Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty), Spider Vein Treatment (Sclerotherapy), Thigh Liposculpture, Upper Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty), "Anti-Gravity" Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift & Revision Rhinoplasty.

  • i want to get a nose job, whatever, i feel not good about it

  • @tpvalley Im from the uk and I'm getting a nose job, your comment was rascist and saying that americans are more likely to do it is a load of shit

  • @pnkrk1039

Fair points; I'm not judging, more pointing out that the influence america has on the world is usually this kind of thing, materialism, vanity; a kind of shallow fakery, or at least thats how UK people find them, probably because we dont show much emotion and find it insincere and this insincerity is contaminating the world, probably also contaminating america!

Where does this come from is the question?

    Banks, tv, fashion? conformity?

  • @tpvalley I have never heard of anyone giving their dog plastic surgery, ever. EVERY country has psychos that do weird shit like that. And yeah, our healthcare is awful, it's the government officials fault, not US, the people.

I'm personally a socialist. Don't say that this is typical of America, because it's really not. I don't judge an entire country based on what the media portrays them as!

  • @pnkrk1039

its far too common for people to make criminal doctors wealthy because of TV and fashion/ wierd vanity.

the kids thing may be rumour, but u even have plastic surgery to make dogs look nice!

She also wants a rhinoplasty thats to look good.

Not her fault but doctors that will do any op for cash; capitalism and medicine do not mix.

gene simmons even said our nhs should be privatise to let capitalism work its magic!

its capitalism thats the route of all of this.

  • @tpvalley Her nose was crooked so she couldn't BREATHE out of the right side. That's something that needs to be corrected. And no, children getting plastic surgery is NOT typical here. Far from it, actually. Who told you that? Are you stupid, or trolling?

  • @s2kneedeep oh haha i know i was overacting and she probably feels a lot more comfertable

  • @NinjaAttack98 they said she had a deviated septum... and its septoplasty

  • the thing u need to change isnt ur nose...its ur jawline ok?!

  • yours isint bad i broke mine so its like bigger and has a big bump and the bone inside is crookid so im going to get a nose job when i get older :)
