@jasminelilyisis i think she knew too..towards the end of her life she started talking like that but at the same time towards the end you couldn't help to notice how tired she looked, it was all in her face...it was crazy how at 21 she talked about how she basically would die happy bc she had no regrets..what 21 yr old talk like that..I think she seen it coming she just didn't know when and its said when her body was found she was curled up in a ball as if she was "bracing" herself its sad ugh!

thats part of the reason why..we (speaking for all her true fans) also miss her because she actually LOVED her fans and gave back to us she took the time out to talk to us and didn't do so only when she was promoting sh.t, she did it regardless and plus we had a connection w her bc she had a connection w us she could also get down w the dudes and not just the females..and plus she was sexy, a real man's dream (my dream) I had pikks of her ALL over my walls, still got her albums and I miss her

Great tribute to AALIYAH one of the best I've seen!! cant wait to do my part for her on August 25, 2011 this year will be her 10th anniversary for life and also next month on July 17, 2011 is the 10th anniversary of her self-titled album "AALIYAH" i miss her so much lovely tribute!!

@aero398 I can't watch her movies or listen to her last album either. It's just to eerie. But you know what I think she knew she was going to die at an early age. I remember her talking about a dream she had, that she was flying and no one could get to her and she was in a dark place. So yeah I think she knew.

Good memories with this video! If Aaliyah was still alive (much like Left Eye, B.I.G., Tupac, etc) music would have been different. There might not be any Drakes, Gucci Manes, Beyonces, Rihannas, and Ciaras because they would have been in the way.

The "powers dat be" would have had to stop their music even if they were alive. It would have been bad for business to keep them in the forefront.
