  • using a macerating juicer massively reduced the oxidation of the finished product! the enzymes stay intact this way because no heat is produced.

  • Look guys some people likes smoothies and some prefer juices! Its personal :)

    Both are gr8! Sometimes you feel like having a lighter meal then you have a juice but sometimes you want something heavier than do a smoothie!

    Whats important is that you do RAW thats all! :)

  • what greens do you recomend juicing or making a smoothie out of? do you also add any other ingredients such as spices to make it taste better?

  • Exactly. These juicers drive me crazy. Do they really think we were meant to only drink the juice of a fruit or vegetable and throw away the fiber and other nutrients? Its like injecting yourself with sugar. So retarded.
