using a macerating juicer massively reduced the oxidation of the finished product! the enzymes stay intact this way because no heat is produced.

Look guys some people likes smoothies and some prefer juices! Its personal :)
Both are gr8! Sometimes you feel like having a lighter meal then you have a juice but sometimes you want something heavier than do a smoothie!
Whats important is that you do RAW thats all! :)

what greens do you recomend juicing or making a smoothie out of? do you also add any other ingredients such as spices to make it taste better?

Exactly. These juicers drive me crazy. Do they really think we were meant to only drink the juice of a fruit or vegetable and throw away the fiber and other nutrients? Its like injecting yourself with sugar. So retarded.
