It would seem, then, that if we can develop a strategic vision and real capability for information warfare, we can bring American strategic power within sight of that elusive "acme of skill" wherein the opponent is subdued without killing as we destroy his ability to form or execute a coherent strategy."

The people who died obviously died because of the destruction of the buildings. Are you referring to people who were supposedly on the planes? There are numerous cases that could have taken place.

For one, so many of those names could be fake because many don't even show up in the SSDI. In fact, most don't.
