@usnamization AFAIK, calories that you doesn't consume = fat, and it has been always that way. You can eat all types of nutrients, but if you eat 3 McDonals hamburguers and you don't do a marathon after that to burn it, carbs and fat goes to your belly.
If you wanna lose weight, just consume more calories than you introduce in your body. Simple, really.

@sabbathcore Lucky you. My trainer has removed me even the bread from my sandwitches (literally...). At least I'm losing fat at an amazing speed, so I cannot argue with the results :)

coffe, 2 apples, oatmeal, chicken salad, brown rice steamed chicken. for a whole day. fuk that. i need more than that. but i have high metabolism and workout so i have to get more calories, or i get real thin.

ay wat up darness i have been watching your vids for 3 years now and i have been working out ever since i got the ab coaster cuz of you and it work but i have a question cuz see i workout at home and im 15 i lift 30pds but it seems i do dumbell excorcises and push ups and jump rope and it seems like its only 30 minutes am i still gaining muscle

darness mate, do you really do 5x50 on all exercises? People say that doing 50 reps of anything is a waste of time and doesnt build muscle or help lose body fat. What would you say to that? I like what you preach bro, but would like to know what exercises you do. The shit seems to work for you!!

Yeah we do that 2wice a month, and thats it, you ONLY over train when you cant handel the load, what would you say to a tri athelete? if i can curl a 90 pound dumbell for 40 reps....thats not over traing its over traing when you do that every day, just llike a car, you cant run a car at its fastist forever, you burn it out, so if im doing 300 push ups a day? and i can handel it? then that my limit, jot "yours" feel me?
