Grammy winner David "Honeyboy" Edwards plays the blues and talks about his life as an artist. Edwards, Pinetop Perkins, Henry James Townsend, Robert Lockwood Jr. won "best traditional blues album" award for the CD "Last of the Great Delta Bluesmen" recorded and produced by Texas-based educational foundation The Blue Shoe Project.

  • Saw Honeyboy last year. Aged 93 and he was on stage for 90 minutes and hung around after to chat to us. A true legend.

  • He is an incredible man. I have hung out with him on several occassions. He has alot of great stories and full of wisdom.

    Yeah, he did that for us in NY too. A true gentleman, never mind legend. So humble, gracious and kind, I wish more of his Blues progeny were so humble and gracious
