Hope for Taly is a not-for profit organization founded to honour Liat Weiss's late mother, Taly Weiss, who passed away from pancreatic cancer this past June 10th. An art gallery retrospective was held at the Toronto Board of Trade featuring her life's works as an artist. The event was catered and sponsored by Oliver and Bonacini Restaurants as well as other Toronto companies. There was a silent auction, raffle, and prints of the original art displayed that were for sale and were being bought up quickly. This organization is recognized by the Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation and all proceeds went to support the cause. For more information visit www.hopefortaly.com
