I love idiots that say if you have short arms 500 is no big deal. I really wonder if these people lift any weight at all, I really do. 500 is an incredible number, I don't give a fuck what you weigh or how short your arms are. Maybe all the gear available today has skewed peoples idea of big weight. Shirts are the only thing to facilitate some pressing 700-1000 lbs. Anything over 300 and your doing pretty well. So many guys just lift so they can throw numbers around, no fuckin heart at all.

@alfa1t5 Raw just means I used nothing to help assist my lift (bench shirts, squat suits, breifs etc) just wraps and a belt.
