that comment at the very end about the developer. was that about the places you are touring or about the one showing on video out the window?
I would have said these prices are CRAZY. but after seeing your del mar video last week and the prices paid there. maybe they arent so crazy.
you made fun of carlsbads city regulations. they are tough but maybe thats how carlsbad got to be the high value city that it is today? 20 years ago carlsbad wasnt a 'del mar' league city. I think it is today.

looks like a N Y penthouse 2.8 mil thats = to 25,000 a month just in mortgage payment .for 3 mil you can build your own lake 0n a 7000 sf 4 ac lot

Aside from the train and the bathroom at the end, it's nice -- I like the layout. Not nice enough for $2.8 million, though.
