@irwin3036able izzy actually offered in the beginning stages of VR but they declined thought it would be too GnR. why run away from the best thing they ever did? they'll never even come close to matching it (fan expectation mostly) so they may as well just embrace it... that goes for the lot of them not just from this video.

Yeah izzy is one of the best singers and a really good composer. Listen to his solo albums, they r just fucking amazing. He has composed them and sung on them also, Its like 200 times better than Chinese Democracy. Axl with 7 Idiots (New Guns N Roses) cannot compose music like how izzy and velvet revolver can do now.
