This was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. An 8th of shrooms only made it better.

I don't know if I'd call them 'jams', but I definitely agree that they are much more approachable and are.....softer around the edges. I still enjoy, but I don't 'Kid A' love it.
-
I have to agree, that In Rainbows sounds like a jam album but Reckoner, Jigsaw and Videotape are just such great songs I can't dislike the album. Hail To The Thief is better though...
-
No, actually. I agree with everything you just said. :-p

Every song from In Rainbows sounds like it came off a jam to me. The songs don't seem to go anywhere. I mean, it's not bad by most standards, but as a Radiohead album it is a let down for me (but then again, I am a weirdo who loves Hail To The Thief. Easily my favorite Radiohead album.) At least most everyone else seemed to enjoy it. I'm just missing something I suppose.

when johnny jumped over the keyboard it was thee greatest moment of my life;;;

Actually I think Thom always comes off pretty raw live and I love that about them. Apparently this isn't the album version perfectly reproduced, but I remember it being incredibly awesome anyway...
-
it really hurts me to say it, but thom's getting old. he's not hitting the notes as easily and seems to be getting out of breath.. i was at this show, and during optimistic he even sang the chorus lower... i hate time

i totally agree with DVSDen that was the greatest setlist of all time...in rainbows isnt one of my favorite album but i expected them to play most of the songs, after all it was the IN RAINBOWS tour...i still cant believe they finished with paranoid android, my favorite song!!!:)...that was such a kick-ass show

I was sitting right about here for the show and was totally blown away at the end.. a killer way to conclude a great show. They gave STL a great setlist, not only the songs played but the order they played them. I can't believe people who call themselves radiohead fans would actually complain.
If you want to see a greatest hits show, there are about 50 nostalgia acts that roll thru STL every freakin' summer playing the same old crap.
Thank you for the comments! Yeah the last part of the song blew me away. Top notch performance.
