  • Its looks great, BUT that not how we Trinis in Trinidad make fish broth, everything is boiled together to get that sweet taste of the fish in all the provision...

  • fish must be seasoned

  • noooo ooo lol .u cook three diffrent pots . trust mi not sooooo

  • lime goes on top on the individual bowls because some people likes less lime some people like alot.

also i like to throw in half a can of coconut milk and a bag of "fish tea" by grace or "fish bullion"

    anyhoooooooooooow

    everyone has different methods

but the fish should be seasoned not just lime and salt

thats how white folk prepare fish

  • So there is in my opinion a few things wrong here

1st the fish shouldn't just be rubbed with lime and salt, it should be seasoned with a variety of green seasonings as well as onion salt pepper etc and let that sit for about 30 mins

2nd everything should be boiled together (all vegetables and provision) and the fish should be added at the end when there is 10 mins left because u do not want the fish breaking up like how it does at the end of the video

    also add golden ray

    lime goes on top

  • Where did you steal all the ingredents from..Tesco?

  • this looks so deliciousss

  • Looks great, nice presentation, great job, most people in the Caribbean might have different ways to do this dish, however, the basics are still the same and I think that's what she did. I am Grenz Unionities (born in Grenada and grow up in Union Island, SVG) and we put everything in the pot to boil, also we season the fish a little more... again I think that she probably only wants to show the basics and she did accomplished that.. I truly love okra in my broth..
