just REST your KNEE. you cannot rush these kind of things, it serious, if you try to over stress your knee, you can have long term permanent damage which you may regret in the future.

yes you will lose abit of shape, yes you will lose size, but so what ??? health is more important than bodybuildng , without health you have nothing.

you dont have to be macho, you dont have to impress anyone on youtube , just take 6months out totally, better than being crippled for life
