I just think that it's similar what happened to TFS with their series. on 5 of their previews they never put any disclaimers on their videos, where on all the episodes they had a set disclaimer saying they don't own the material, please support the official release etc, and because of that, youtube, or someone else, jumped into action. All youtube saw was the 4 or 5 without. not the 12-14 with. quite sad really, anyway i think if LK put a disclamer on his vids then things might be different IMO.

I say littleKuriboh got suspended due to the basic copyright infrigment. I dont think 4Kids hates the user, besides theyt used some of his jokes on yu-gi-oh GX, I think it wasclips bought without premission.
