Paul Katami's abdonimal workout. This video will show you the proper form and breath techniques while performing basic abdominal crunches and oblique crunches. Get the most out of your fitness routine by doing the ab crunches correctly. These are only the two basic movements. More advanced work to come soon.

  • that all really depends on your training and your body. everyone is a little different. if you train regularly and stay lean you should see improvement in your abdominals. remember, it's more about the strength and stability than just creating a six pack. i do adbominal training 4 times a week. I mix it up and do sets of 25 of each exercise 4 times.

  • Hey. I found this really helpful.

    I have a doubt though. I am a 20 yr old girl. I don't really want to have a six pack or even prominent abs. I just want my abs to be toned and fit. My upper abs are just fine; in fact i have quite a bit of muscle. Do you think it's still a good idea to continue with this workout since i don't want too much muscle to build up.

    And also, how do i make my lower abs tight. When i do these crunches, my lower abs don't seem to hurt at all.
