Hey. I found this really helpful.
I have a doubt though. I am a 20 yr old girl. I don't really want to have a six pack or even prominent abs. I just want my abs to be toned and fit. My upper abs are just fine; in fact i have quite a bit of muscle. Do you think it's still a good idea to continue with this workout since i don't want too much muscle to build up.
And also, how do i make my lower abs tight. When i do these crunches, my lower abs don't seem to hurt at all.

dude . what could i say ... hmm you rock ! simple and super efective . keep making these videos man .
that all really depends on your training and your body. everyone is a little different. if you train regularly and stay lean you should see improvement in your abdominals. remember, it's more about the strength and stability than just creating a six pack. i do adbominal training 4 times a week. I mix it up and do sets of 25 of each exercise 4 times.
