I love how every guy that's in a video who knows how to USE the heavy bag get's tons of flack from newbies who think they could "take the guy." Hey newbies, he's not trying to "beat the bag up" that's NOT how to properly use a heavy bag. It's meant for practicing accuracy, form, timing, body movement, footwork &etc etc. It's not a battle with the bag it doesnt hit back, that's what sparring is meant for. So newbs, shutup & stop making yourself look this retarded when u know nothing of the sport.

hes good, those punches are harder than you think if you know anything about boxing or have boxed before. Good form. I guarentee he's got more pop than those noobs that push punch the bag to make it move.
