This is a typical juicy straw event. The straws are filled with water or juice or yogurt or whatever they like and then folded into a triangle. They enjoy biting into them and releasing the sweetness inside.
I just recently got one She was beat up by two other gliders. She is eating well and we are working on bonding. I would like to give her a bath as she has lots of fur missing and some wounds but I'm not sure how to do this. Should I just let her take care of it or should we have a bath? She is still pretty "skitish" and I don't want to give her anymore trauma.... especially while we are just getting to know each other.. Any suggestions

@RainbowRose1000 I don't think their eating the plastic, just biting holes into the straw to get the Water or juice out. :)

I need to know.. Can the ground in the cage be hemp ?? I mean, is it dangerous for them?
My rats is on hemp, and they would die if it was the big white tree things ( I don't know the english name sorry) ..

They don't eat the plastic. They just break it. They love chewing on straws and the wicks of feathers. Cute idea!
