Yes it's right, I'm producing with FL.

It's hard to tell how long it needs. Some projects needed over 3 years (after 2 or 3 remakes) until they got finally released. Others just need 3-4 weeks (like this), if I have enough creative energy and time :)

So you see it depends, but I need at least a few weeks, until I am really satisfied with the product.
