will the ecm adjust for the higher airflow?

You would have to find a shop to tune your car with the ported head. The stock tune cannot adjust to such a large change in airflow.

Pricing is $1100 to CNC your cylinder head. Gains of +60Hp and 30ft*lb of torque have been reported by customers with proper tuning.
