Well, I can tell the difference and I think Sterling Holloway is better. However, Jim Cummings is ok.

Jim Cummings is a great voice actor, you can't tell the difference in him and Sterling Holloway, plus it's a funny change of pace to see Shanti get Hypnotised by Kaa.
