Who cares if Disney changes the movies, somethings can't be made into a kids movie, they still are great movies, and besides, I know what the differences are from book to movie and I atcually like this more.
In the book, Kaa was a powerful and masterful creature, and a friend and mentor to Mowgli. It's sad that Disney w/coudn't overlook the evil-snake stereotype. Also, Mowgli was immune. "Begins now the dance--the Dance of the Hunger of Kaa."

In the Little Mermaid, Ariel ends up killing herself in the end. They pull this crap in every movie.
