Hey, I'm nikki and I'm 15 I was diagnosed at 21 months old so I have had it for 13yrs now. It is so much harder as a teen to accept diabetes especially since getting my blue animas pump 2 years ago. I get very self conscious about it and so choose a more draftees place to put it. I hate diabetes too but cope. When I get down I always watch these sort of video and it makes me realize that people notice it a hell of slot les than I do, so I should stop worrying, I just wish I had a ride for a cur

I'm very happy to see video like this. I'm diabetic from 16 years, i'm 23 now. don't give up Megan. we're a fighters, we fight every day better from the "normal" people.

Wonderful video Megan! It's so similar to Ryane, age of diagnosis, the hospital photos, everything. You have been such an enormous help to our family! We just had our 1 year anniversary and I hear you are at 5 years! Keep up your hard work and I KNOW there will be a cure! You rock!!! Jacquie
